The Non-surgical Rhinoplasty Treatment Timeframe

Patients can begin their routines immediately after surgery. However, you should not start work until the plaster is completely removed. This could take 6-7 days. For comfort, you can use mild painkillers.

All bruising should disappear after two weeks and swelling may be visible for up to six week. It is recommended by doctors that you do not work for two full weeks following surgery. You should also avoid strenuous exercise for six weeks. The doctors will check on your progress at a number of follow-up appointments.

The cardio precaution

The day before your treatment, it is recommended that you avoid cardio as this may increase the chances of getting an accidental bruise. For the next two weeks, avoid any facials involving extractions around the nose. Only the patient is permitted to touch the place where the filler has been placed. While it is fine to wear glasses and sunnies, do not use any that are pushed into the nasal area for at least two weeks following the procedure.

It is best that the surgeon is familiar with vascular frames before administering any filler. The surgeon should be aware of several signs and symptoms including the intense pain that occurs immediately after the filler injections and the discoloration.
